WHAT IS THE INSIDER PROGRAM? The Metamorphosis Insider Program rewards loyal in salon clients who invest in their healthy hair journey and salon experience. Membership is based on either cumulative annual spending or a one-time membership fee.

Two Ways to Join:

  • Spend $150+ annually on services or retail and get upgraded automatically to the appropriate tier

  • OR Pay a $150 Insider Membership fee (bypasses tier requirements)

TIER BREAKDOWN

Silver Tier
Annual Spend: $250–$499

  • 10% off all retail purchases

  • Early access to select product launches

  • Birthday Bonus: 10% off one service under $130

Gold Tier
Annual Spend: $500–$999

  • 10% off services + retail

  • 1 complimentary virtual Hair & Scalp Check-In (15 minutes)

  • Birthday Bonus: 15% off one styling session

Platinum Tier
Annual Spend: $1,000+

  • 15% off services + retail

  • One complimentary Scalp Detox + Hydration Add-On ($50 value)

  • Birthday Bonus: 20% off one Signature Session or Premium Style

Tiers are calculated based on pre-tax spending from January 1–December 31 each year and reset annually.

INSIDER MEMBERSHIP ($150/YEAR)

Clients who want to enjoy exclusive access without tracking annual spending can pay a $150 Insider Membership Fee to unlock:

  • 15% off all services + retail year-round

  • Priority booking during peak season

  • Invitations to Insider-only salon events, demos, and launches

  • First access to limited-edition products and kits

  • One Signature Style + Learn ($200 value) annually

IMPORTANT NOTE: BRIDAL SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED

Bridal styling, wedding day services, salon closure fees, travel fees, and glam concierge time are premium offerings and are not discounted under the Insider Program or Loyalty Tiers.

Why? Bridal services require intensive time, energy, preparation, and often full or partial salon closure. These services operate on a separate booking structure, with required consultations, deposits, and travel accommodations.

To preserve the value of bridal and special event offerings:

  • No loyalty tiers include bridal perks.

  • No Insider discount applies to bridal services, packages, or closures.

  • All bridal bookings must follow the bridal service contract and policies.
